** Lockdown Update 2021 ** As a manufacturing business selling online, we are following Government guidance and remain at work, but with staff working from home where possible and with extremely robust Covid-19 precautions in our workshop and packaging area. Our showroom is closed.
We are committed to supporting our team and our community throughout this period. We also remain committed to desiging and making your wrought iron products and preparing them for safe delivery, direct to your home. We anticipate that the lockdown may impact us and our couriers in some way and this may cause delays, please, bear with us at this time. Our socially-distanced workshop team are working hard to fulfill your orders; and our customer service team (whether working from home, or in the office when necessary) are committed to keeping you updated as usual, from first enquiry to delivery. Putting Safety first - our policies and procedures
All staff are washing hands with soap and hot water and sanitising work surfaces on a regular basis, paying particular attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, keypads and any shared worktops and tools. We are observing social distancing. Our materials are sourced from UK suppliers and we are working with these partners to ensure minimum safe contact in the handover of goods and services. Finally, we are monitoring the health of our staff at all times and will support them and their families, as needed, should any suspected Coronavirus cases arise.
We have contingency plans in place to ensure business continuity. Our office staff are equipped for home working (with re-directed office phones) so we can guarantee we will always be able to respond to your enquiries. All orders are being processed for fulfilment with the same attention to detail, alongside our new thorough commitment to hygiene and infection control. None of us know exactly what will happen next as we continue to cope with the Covid-19 outbreak, but rest assured we will continue to take our responsibilities very seriously and keep in touch about your orders. Our carriers, Parcelforce and TNT, have taken stringent measures to deliver parcels safely with minimum contact. These organisations have been doing a tremendous job and we’d like to thank them for it. The showroom is closed to visitors - we are taking the opportunity to give it an overhaul. Individual collection of products may still be arranged - following the Government's 'click and collect' guidance. We would, of course, follow coronanvirus social distancing guidance at all times during any collections and request you to wear a mask.
