For more than 25 years, Nigel Tyas Ironwork has been creating distinctive, hand-forged iron curtain poles, combining traditional British blacksmithing with thoughtful design and practical details.
From classic cottage poles to elegant made-to-measure designs, the range celebrates the natural beauty of forged iron, with a choice of finials and fittings to complement different interiors.
Every window is different, which is why made-to-measure ironwork has always been at the heart of the Nigel Tyas approach. The designs bring together strength, considered proportions and beautifully worked details, creating curtain poles that feel as much a part of the interior as the curtains themselves.
The range includes traditional curtain poles, cottage poles, recess poles and specialist solutions for a variety of window and doorway settings, alongside coordinating brackets, curtain rings, holdbacks and tieback hooks.
The Nigel Tyas curtain pole range is being brought back to the forge, with its much-loved designs returning in due course.
