Our wrought iron industrial lighting takes its cues from the fittings found in the Victorian mills and factories which built modern Britain. Pendants, wall lights and spotlights with strong lines, honest materials and the kind of detail that only comes from hand forging.

Our aim is to reflect today's retro-industrial look in interior design. Our lighting suits properties such as warehouse, barn and mill conversions, as well as homes that want something out of the ordinary.

Our blacksmiths still use the metalworking techniques and materials that helped forge the industrial revolution. They design and make lighting that is high quality, easy to install and made to last.

Strong lines and solid shapes

Many of our industrial designs use straight, clean lines and solid shapes, with hand forged ceiling plates and quality fittings. The Stocksmoor, for example, is an open, urban lantern built around a retro filament LED bulb. It comes as a single pendant, a three-light pendant, a wall light, a mini wall light and a table lamp.

A light for every job, with added detail from us

We make a range of spotlights with adjustable heads for focused task lighting. Our wrought iron Illions spots have hand-rolled hoods fixed with copper rivets.

Celebrating our industrial work ethic

The Kelham is named after Kelham Island, the very heart of Sheffield's steelmaking industry. It is a wall light with straight lines and an open fitting for a retro LED filament bulb and a Blackened Wax Finish

Designed and made to order for you

All of our lighting is hand forged in our Suffolk forge by skilled blacksmiths and wired by us in our own electrical workshop.

Ask an industrial blacksmith

Nigel learned his metalworking as an apprentice blacksmith with the National Coal Board in the 1970s. He made parts for mine machinery and railroads, and tack for pit ponies. Industrial credentials do not get much more authentic than that.
