Nigel gave an interview to the business editor of the Sheffield Star, David Walsh, to mark the 20th anniversary of Nigel Tyas.
David was particularly taken with Nigel’s start-up story. He recounted how stormed out of the job centre after he’d been made redundant for the third time and went home to start the business with Elizabeth. We’re glad he did!
The piece also looks back over 20 years in business and focused on our holding of a ‘Made in Sheffield’ licence – the city’s award in reconition of quality manufacturing.
