The Rams Head Fireside Set is Always a Favourite

Our fireside companion sets always get admiration from the showroom visitors we see. The way they feel is just so tactile and people love to pick them up and feel the weight.

Each set of 4 tools and a stand takes our happy blacksmith around 6-8 hours to make before they go off for waxing. The intricate work involved and the detailed nature of these items is also largely what dictates the price of these made to order items.

The Rams head is a 5 piece wrought iron companion set with four handmade wrought iron fireside tools all displaying the ‘Penistone sheep’ – a whitefaced woodland breed. Our complimenting stand now features the Shepherds crook as we feel the shepherd and his sheep is a great collective set although a rams head stand is also available upon request.

They come in a choice of single forged twist, reverse twist or plain bar in a natural black or light burnished steel finish.
