Over the last 12 months our rapidly increasing workload has resulted in us having to make some difficult decisions about our product range. To free up more time to develop our new lighting ranges we have now withdrawn electrical sockets and switches from our product range. For customers who have ordered from these ranges recently we will do our best to supply additional items as required to enable the completion of ongoing projects.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. It's always difficult to choose to stop making certain items but as always our top priority is to continue to keep traditional skills alive in the UK by handforging the highest possible quality ironwork in our workshop here in Yorkshire.

Each plate is cut and individually hot forged to add texture, coated to match our natural black finish and then assembled using the highest quality 'Crabtree' electrical fittings which comply with all required British Standards for safety.

Technical information for installation of our wrought iron switches and sockets -

All of our flush fitting wrought iron electrical sockets are suitable for use with 35mm deep metal back boxes and the wrought iron light switches with 25mm deep boxes. You will also need to ensure that the back box is mounted 5mm below the wall surface.
